Client documents, including dissertations, theses, and academic papers, are not uploaded to external AI platforms or cloud services for processing. Files remain stored securely on local devices or approved secure storage systems under my direct control. Further, I do not utilize Microsoft 365/OneDrive for my email or cloud services; therefore, all documents and communication sent via email are not scanned or analyzed by AI.
Any tools used for formatting or consistency checking (e.g., spell checkers, style guides) are non-generative and operate locally without transmitting document content to external servers.
